What’s on Offer? 

​

Whether you're into documentaries, animation and VFX, scripted drama, or experimental film, there’s a course designed for you. 

Running from October to December 2025, each course gives you: 

• Access to professional kit and creative spaces 

• Mentoring from award-winning filmmakers 

• A chance to make your own short film 

• A screening of your work in a London cinema 

• A portfolio to showcase your experience and work, perfect for job or university applications 

You'll build real-world skills, collaborate with other creatives, and become part of a growing BFI alumni network.

We’re delivering four short courses across London. 
We encourage you to apply for the course closest to where you live to make travel and access easier. That said, you're absolutely welcome to choose the course provider or specialism that excites you most.
